From staffing levels and registration through to administration and prize giving, we will take care of every detail.
Staffing Levels
MWM will provide a team of staff to run and administrate your event. They will be on hand to advise your clients, as well as acting in a Public Relations capacity for your company.
Registration
MWM will undertake to register your guests when they arrive at the venue and to make sure they are familiar with the format and fully understand the competitions.
Scoreboards and Admin.
We will provide a scoreboard service and in addition provide signs for long drive, nearest the pin and a putting competition. MWM will administrate all scorecards and will provide the company with a final results sheet.
Prize Giving
If required we can host the prize giving or be on hand to give advice on procedure.
